This palette provides the most flattering autumn nude shades. From classic nudes to peaches to rich brown! They are creamy and moisturising on the lips, the finish is a satin sheen. If you only wear a bold strong lip, these aren’t for you. It’s the perfect lip kit for everyday makeup. I will be wearing all the shades as they are so easy to wear and will suit most skin tones, I can see this being a best seller! You could also create an ombré lip with this! Just line lips with a darker shade and blend a lighter shade from the middle outwards, lovely! I will be carrying this around in my handbag, the palette clips together tightly so I’m not worried about it breaking! The packaging is also to die for and I love that it comes with a mirror. There’s something about gold packaging that makes it feel expensive. L’Oreal never disappoint me!
I love this lip palette so so much! They make my lips feel full and luscious. The lipsticks are so creamy it feels like your applying lip balm. The lip brush that comes with the palette, is a dream to apply with, it’s a wide brush so covers lips easily and you can define the lips with the tip. I’m surprised how much I like the brush, because I usually chuck them! Although it would be easier to apply with a full size lip brush.
There are 3 light shades and 3 darker ones, I don’t wear the lighter ones on their own but they are great mixed with the darker colours to create even more beautiful shades! I have never had a lip palette before, but I feel like they are becoming more popular recently in the drugstores. It’s so convenient as there’s so much choice, and it’s light and compact!
This is the darkest shade, (last in the palette) this is my favourite, it’s such a wearable brown nude! The finish isn’t too glossy, it’s just a natural sheen which is great for day time and it doesn’t dry out lips, even better!
This is the more pale berry toned one that’s 4th in the palette, it’s one of the lightest dark shades. It’s such a pretty colour, this would suit any skin tone and go with any simple make up look. This would be my go to lip if I had bold eye make up.
This is the 5th shade in the palette, it’s very similar to the 4th, it’s just slightly more brown toned, rather than berry. These 2 shades work really well mixed together!
This is all the shades above mixed together, if you want to have a more intense lip that’s still works perfectly for a natural day time look.
I haven’t taken any pictures of the lighter shades as they don’t really show up on my lips. But as I said, I mix them together with the darker shades so they are definitely not wasted!
Have you tried any new lip products lately and what did you think?
